As the Client Relationship Manager, you're the centralized point of contact for clients and a key partner to the financial advisor.

You'll ensure that every aspect of the client experience—before, during, and after meetings—is organized, proactive, and seamless.

This role keeps the advisor fully informed and prepared so they can focus on advice and planning, while you make sure clients feel known, cared for, and confident in the firm.

Serve as the central relationship manager and primary contact for all client service requests on behalf of the financial advisor

Manage day-to-day client care including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, following up on action items, and tracking tasks to completion

Coordinate all aspects of client onboarding including new account setup, transfers, and document collection
