Responsibilities

The Warehouse Specialist is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual responsible for supporting inventory, coordinating shipping, and receiving operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate should be versatile, able to handle multiple tasks, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This role involves monitoring inventory transactions, resolving discrepancies, implementing process improvements, and supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with ERP and WMS systems, and a keen eye for detail to drive accuracy and operational efficiency. This position will involve a balance of inventory management duties as well as active participation in shipping and receiving tasks.

Maintain the integrity of inventory data within the ERP/WMS system, ensuring accuracy and real-time visibility for decision-making.

Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Process inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Support ERP inventory module functions, including data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting.
