Transportation Administrator

You have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related experience

You have customer service experience

You have proven experience in administrative or office support roles

You have previous experience working in a transportation or logistics environment (an asset)

You have experience with Power BI (an asset)

This role offers a competitive compensation package with an annual salary range of CAD $45,000–$60,000.

As the Transportation Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support. This role includes managing inventory records, auditing operational documentation, and coordinating the closure of dispatched runs to maintain accurate reporting and workflow completion.

What you’re responsible for:

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

Maintain inventory database

Track incoming and outgoing items

Report discrepancies, shortages or damages
