Requirements

7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leading enterprise-wide initiatives

Proven experience developing and executing IT strategy, roadmaps, and budgets aligned with business goals

Hands-on leadership of AI and/or RPA initiatives from design through deployment and optimization

Strong background in system development, integration, and full lifecycle management (ERP and enterprise platforms)

Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and service performance

Responsibilities

The IT Manager will be responsible for leading and executing IT initiatives with a strong focus on AI, RPA, and information security, while supporting business operations through system development, integration, and IT planning.

This role requires a process-oriented mindset, deep understanding of service and business workflows, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions rather than focusing solely on programming languages.

IT Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute IT plans aligned with business objectives and operational priorities

Lead IT planning activities including system roadmap, budget planning, and technology adoption strategy

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
