Requirements

Extensive experience leading ERP Service Delivery and Application Support functions within large global organisations

Strong SAP expertise across key business processes including Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial operations, with experience supporting complex enterprise environments

Proven success managing AMS providers, global vendors and geographically distributed teams while delivering against demanding SLAs and operational targets

Responsibilities

As Service Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of the European shift within our global ERP support organisation, ensuring exceptional service delivery across SAP, Dynamics AX and related enterprise applications.

You will lead a high performing support function, working closely with internal teams, AMS partners, business stakeholders and Centres of Excellence to resolve incidents, improve service quality and support business continuity.

You will oversee service operations, manage vendors and strategic partners, drive adherence to SLAs, ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

As Smith+Nephew accelerates its SAP S/4HANA journey, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational readiness, successful transitions into support, and an outstanding user experience for colleagues across the business.
