Experience working in Human Resources, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition in SaaS and/or at a high-growth startup

Strong detail orientation, organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

Experience in managing sensitive information, underscored by a clear understanding of and adherence to confidentiality and data protection principles

Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently

to join our People team. As a key member of a small and collaborative team, this role will play an important part in supporting both our

Talent Acquisition and People Operations functions

, helping deliver a thoughtful, efficient, and magical experience for candidates, employees, and hiring managers.

This role will work across the full employee lifecycle — from supporting recruitment and guiding new hires through onboarding, to helping administer People programs and ensuring our HR systems and processes run smoothly. You’ll act as a key operational partner to the business, providing day-to-day support to employees and leaders while helping the People team continuously elevate how we work.
