Responsibilities
The Field Operations Support II assists with the efficient mobilization, deployment, and demobilization of field service crews by managing logistics, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Ensures compliance with policies and contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.
Arrange & communicate flight travel, accommodation, and transportation for field crews for both internal and 3
party resources (where applicable)
Coordinate with travel vendors and global counterparts
Reconcile corporate card transactions; support PR/PO creation and vendor invoice receipt
