Relevant experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services, Service Delivery, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, PMO or a comparable international environment.

Experience in service delivery, process improvement, automation or digital transformation; exposure to AI and Process Mining is a strong advantage.

You turn ideas into action, focus on outcomes and keep initiatives moving forward.

You build trust across functions and countries and can influence without formal authority.

, you will work closely with the Head of Global Business Services and international stakeholders to turn strategic ideas into practical solutions.

You will help shape new end-to-end services, coordinate international initiatives and drive transformation through governance, automation, Artificial Intelligence and Process Mining.
