Responsibilities
As a key member of Hubzu's real estate operations team, the New Jersey Inspector helps ensure that property condition information is accurate, timely, and market-ready.
The inspection reports, photographs, and market intelligence provided by this role directly support brokerage, marketing, and asset disposition strategies, helping Hubzu deliver transparent and efficient real estate transactions for buyers, sellers, and investors.
Property Inspection and Documentation
Conduct visual inspections of residential properties throughout New Jersey in accordance with company standards and New Jersey real estate requirements.
Contact sellers and sellers' agents to gather information regarding property condition, occupancy status, maintenance concerns, and factors affecting marketability.
Validate reported property conditions through on-site inspections and document visible deficiencies, damages, safety concerns, and other property defects.
