Responsibilities
We’re seeking a
Talent Operations Manager
to strengthen and scale the operational foundation of our global Talent Acquisition (TA) function. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Operations, you will lead a team of four Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) across regions while ensuring recruiting operations are structured, consistent, and effective at a global scale.
This role combines people leadership with operational ownership. You will bring clarity to complexity, establish strong standards, and create the structure that enables high-quality execution across the hiring lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted operational partner to recruiters and TA leadership, ensuring that systems, workflows, and reporting are disciplined, reliable, and aligned to business needs.
