Requirements
Demonstrate 4+ years of experience in indirect tax roles with multinational businesses.
Perform indirect tax compliance, GL accounting, and tax advisory for complex, multi-jurisdictional operations.
Use tax technology platforms such as Oracle, Avalara, or Zuora.
GAAP accounting principles to tax processes.
Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
Bring experience from Big 4 and in-house tax environments.
Compensation & Benefits
Minimum:
$76,800.00
Maximum:
$186,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end VAT and indirect tax compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions, from data review through submission and payment.
Executing VAT and indirect tax accounting processes during month-end and quarter-end close, including controls and management checks.
Supporting global e-invoicing, Continuous Transaction Controls, and digital tax reporting requirements.
Collaborating with tax technology teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI-driven process improvements.
Responding to audit requests from tax authorities, third-party auditors, and internal teams while supporting customer-facing teams with tax queries.
