1-2 years experience in travel operations, coordination or related roles.
Prior experience with FreshBooks, Stripe, and/or other invoicing tools
Familiarity with itinerary-building platforms (especially Travefy).
Working knowledge of travel logistics, including passenger information and preferences (e.g., KTN, FFN).
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability.

Full Time, 5 days per week
Compensation $500 - $800 per month depending on experience.
Shifts: 9 hour shifts (including 1 hour lunch break); day or night depending on business needs

Responsibilities
Billing & Payment Processing
Create and manage invoices using FreshBooks.
Handle multi-method payments including Stripe (credit cards), Crypto, PayPal, Wire, and ACH.
Track and reconcile client payments across multiple methods.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
