Warehouse technician

Support imaging, factory resets, secure erasing, and basic configuration of devices when required

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with company standards

Assist with product setup, documentation, and identification (e.g., product images and descriptions)

Follow all health, safety, and security procedures while handling equipment and materials

Experience with asset tracking, device serialization, or IT-related equipment handling

Familiarity with shipping carriers, packing standards, and inventory audits

$55,000.00 per year, plus annual bonus

, responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, tracking, preparing, and shipping inventory.

This role is critical in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring warehouse organization and cleanliness, and supporting operational and technical requirements in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.

This role reports to the Warehouse and Equipment Manager.

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments from vendors, distribution centers, and client locations

Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders to customers and internal sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system, including serialization and audits
