Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is noted above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience. Verisign offers a discretionary bonus which is based on individual and company performance, and certain roles may be eligible for discretionary stock awards.

Responsibilities
Lead the execution and continued evolution of the IAM strategy, architecture, and roadmap in alignment with Verisign’s security, technology, and business objectives
Lead the implementation, integration, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise IAM platforms, including PAM, IGA, access management, MFA, and related identity services
Establish IAM architecture standards for secure, scalable integration of key IAM platforms across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments
Lead and develop the IAM team, providing coaching and technical direction while ensuring strong execution across engineering, delivery, and operations
Manage team operations, including on-call support and escalation coverage, to ensure reliable delivery and support of IAM services
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver IAM solutions and services that are secure, effective, and aligned to enterprise needs
