Requirements
You have 3-5 years of experience in digital design, ideally within marketing or SaaS environments.
You’re comfortable creating assets across multiple digital formats, including social media, paid ads, landing pages, web and campaign visuals.
You feel comfortable applying UI and UX principles when designing landing pages and website experiences, with an understanding of structure, hierarchy, and conversion-focused design.
You’re curious and proactive about integrating AI tools into your workflow to improve efficiency, ideation, or production.
You have strong working knowledge of Unbounce, Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
You have a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.

Our compensation bands are designed to reflect how people grow in their roles. Each level includes three stages: Developing, Proficient and Expert, which represent increasing capability, independence and impact over time.
The salary range for this role is $71,780 - $93, 232 CAD, which reflects the Proficient stage of our compensation band for this job level (P2).
Progression into higher stages and job levels may occur over time based on demonstrated performance, mastery of role expectations and overall impact.
For specialized or hard-to-fill roles, we may extend offers above the posted range if a candidate brings exceptional experience.
This range is inclusive of base salary only and does not include any variable compensation or benefits.

Responsibilities
We’re looking for an Intermediate Digital Designer to join our Marketing team and help bring the Unbounce brand to life across digital channels.
You’ll work across both the Unbounce and Insightly brands, which are part of Unbounce’s Growth to Market Solutions portfolio, designing engaging visual assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, writers, and product partners to produce high-quality creative across web, social media, landing pages, video, and paid campaigns.
This role also includes supporting the Product team with visual assets when needed to ensure consistency between our marketing presence and the product experience.
This role reports to the Art Director and works closely with them to evolve and apply the Unbounce visual brand across marketing initiatives.
Design digital assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email, paid media, landing pages, and web leveraging AI when applicable.
