Salary is competitive and commensurate with your experience. Work alongside a lead classroom teacher to ensure that scholars enjoy a classroom culture of high academic and behavioral standards.

Create an inclusive classroom and school community by engaging in training, reflection, and dialogue around issues of race and identity for our staff and scholars.

In collaboration with the lead classroom teacher, plan and prepare for effective Implementation of a coherent, research-based curriculum. Share the whole-group teaching responsibilities with the lead teacher.

Assist in the development and use a variety of assessment data to refine curricula and instructional practice.

Plan and facilitate differentiated learning activities through small group and one-on-one instruction in order to rapidly improve scholar data and mastery of content .

Maintain strong relationships with scholars, families, and colleagues through effective and frequent communication.
