For User Experience Designer (Mid-level):

~5+ years of experience in UX, product, or service design

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using tools like Figma

Familiarity with usability testing and research methods

Understanding of information architecture and accessibility principles (WCAG)

For Senior User Experience Designer:

Salary range of $80,000 – $95,000 CAD (for User Experience Designers) or $100,000 – $115,000 (for Senior User Experience Designers), based on experience

As a User Experience Designer or Senior User Experience Designer, you will shape digital services for enterprise and public sector clients, translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible experiences.

You will work within cross-functional consulting teams and collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and client stakeholders.

Depending on your experience level, you will either contribute to or lead design initiatives, research activities, and client engagements.

Design wireframes, mockups, and UI concepts, progressing to advanced interaction models and system-level thinking at the senior level

Create interactive prototypes to test ideas, validate flows, and communicate design intent

Conduct or lead user research and usability testing, from structured studies to more advanced methods such as workshops and in-person sessions
