Requirements
3–7 years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.
Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem: Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Azure-based tools.
Demonstrated experience with Power BI dashboard development and data modeling.
Experience working with SQL databases and building data pipelines or ETL processes.
Familiarity with predictive analytics, forecasting, or machine learning models is a plus.
Experience using the Microsoft suite, including Excel, SharePoint, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities
The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing, modeling, and interpreting complex datasets to support decision-making across the civil engineering organization.
This role focuses on leveraging data from Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, the Microsoft technology stack, and Power BI to develop predictive models, dashboards, and analytical insights that enhance project performance, financial forecasting, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
In addition to supporting project, financial, and operational analytics, this role also provides analytical support for Human Resources initiatives, including workforce reporting, talent metrics, and HR data insights that inform organizational planning and employee experience strategies.
Extract, analyze, and model data from Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, Microsoft SQL Server, and other enterprise systems.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that deliver actionable insights to project managers, financial teams, and leadership.
Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support forecasting, project risk identification, and operational decision-making.
