Requirements
Two (2) years of related work experience in healthcare simulation preferred.
Basic Life Support by American Heart Association (AHA)
RQI Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support
Knowledge in the operation of high technology mannequin-based simulators (preferred), Audio Visual technologies, and other simulation related Information Technology systems;
Knowledge of PC-based and Mac-based computers systems and software used in functional area and the ability to troubleshoot the equipment.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $37.47 to $42.50

Responsibilities
This role will assist the Simulation Program Manager in creating and maintaining an effective healthcare learning environment through preparation, operation, cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of simulation spaces, equipment, and supplies.
Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
Support facilitators, learners, and approved visitors in the use of simulation space and equipment;
Prepares, plans, and facilitates realistic simulation-based education.
Assist in delivering of all technical aspects of simulation-based education through the setup, facilitation of, and pack down of simulation equipment, supplies, IS/AV systems, moulage/special effects, and associated paperwork;
Collaborates and consults with internal staff and vendors to troubleshoot equipment and system problems;
