Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced

Accounting Manager

to oversee our core accounting operations and lead a small offshore team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of key accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and the month-end close process.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys both managing people and driving operational excellence across global teams.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Lead and manage a small accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and oversight

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

Own and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting outputs

Prepare and organize audit deliverables and support external audit processes

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards
