Requirements
4-8 years of product specialist, internal sales, or investor relations experience in the alternatives space
Excellent client service aptitude and attitude
Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Private Markets data platforms
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $145,000 to $165,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Responsibilities
Lead workflows across the Research and Education team, with an emphasis on independent private markets analysis and collaboration across internal stakeholders including the Sales, Marketing, Origination, and Investment teams.
Develop and produce insightful collateral, including private fund research and competitive intelligence, to support broader research initiatives.
Product Strategy and Support (30-40%):
Partner with senior due diligence team members and external stakeholders to develop and execute on investment product launches.
Serve as the product lead, develop a marketing plan for new product launches, partner with client teams to conduct demand assessments, and execute marketing plans by partnering across multiple lines of business functions.
Own product specific research including performance analysis, market commentary, and product positioning.
