Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive

HR & Business Operations Analytics Specialist

to support a fast-paced, global organization. This role combines

HR Operations, business analytics, data management, and project leadership

, with a strong focus on translating complex data into actionable insights.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, CX, Finance, Sales Ops, External Vendors, and global teams) to design KPIs, ensure data integrity, automate reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making across HR and business operations.
