Requirements
5+ years of experience as an LMS administrator (Cornerstone preferred) or other systems such as an HRIS system
Proven ability to create comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-focused Training Support Specialist to join the Test & Evaluation Training team. This role will serve as the primary administrator for T&E's Learning Management System (Cornerstone) and will be the backbone of our training compliance infrastructure across all flight operations programs. Operating in a dynamic regulatory environment where FAA and DCMA standards demand precision and accountability, the Training Support Specialist will partner closely with the Senior Manager of Training Operations, Chief Pilots, and instructors to build, maintain, and continuously improve the systems and processes that ensure audit readiness. This position requires someone who thrives on creating order from complexity, can manage multiple compliance requirements simultaneously, and is passionate about establishing scalable documentation processes that will support our growing flight operations portfolio.
