Requirements

Prior experience in an administrative, HR, or office support role preferred.

Familiarity with HRIS platforms (BambooHR a plus) and workplace tools such as Slack, Expensify, ShareFile, and Box.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Compensation & Benefits

$1,000.00 per week (equivalent to $25/hour based on a 40-hour workweek)

This is a non-exempt, seasonal position (March – July) and is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

The Seasonal HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of Human Resources across a range of HR operations, with a focus on onboarding, systems administration, and coordination of seasonal and freelance staffing.
