Requirements
As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to complete the Epic Sphinx Assessment. Assessment results will be considered alongside relevant experience, interview performance, and organizational needs as part of a holistic evaluation process.
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
*Employees hired into this role as part of the initial Epic implementation may be hired prior to obtaining Epic certification and will complete required certification through organization-sponsored Epic training.

We're seeking Epic Analysts – Data & Integration to join our Information Technology team and help design, implement, and support the Epic tools that connect applications, deliver actionable analytics, and enable secure data exchange across the health system.
Whether your expertise is in interfaces, interoperability, reporting, or enterprise analytics, you'll play a critical role in ensuring clinicians and leaders have the information they need to provide exceptional care.
Epic Analysts collaborate with Information Technology, clinical departments, operational leaders, and external partners to develop, support, and optimize Epic reporting, interoperability, and integration solutions.
This role is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable data movement across applications while delivering meaningful analytics that improve organizational performance and patient outcomes.
Design, configure, and maintain Epic interfaces, integrations, and interoperability solutions.
