As the Facilities Operations Lead at xAI Memphis, you will oversee the maintenance and performance of critical data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental systems.

You will lead a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, driving hands-on technical operations, team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our data center.

Oversee maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure, including HVAC, power distribution, and backup systems.

Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules, equipment calibration, and system performance monitoring.

Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
