As a Design Engineer, you are responsible for delivering casting and structure component solution for torque converter, transmission, axle to support NPI, cost reduction, etc. This include but not limited to drivetrain component design and development, explore the innovative solution suitable for specific product requirement and supply base. You will broadly work w/ cross function team, including Drivetrain system engineering team, NPI team, purchasing team, receiving facility quality team, supply chain team, supplier, etc. to ensure goals are achieved.

Lead casting and structure component design, including but not limited to collect VOC, discuss and align requirements, 3D modeling, structure FEA analysis, design verification, 2D drawing, field follow, tear down, OMSA, failure analysis, etc.
