Experience in securities operations with direct exposure to

settlement and/or securities transfers

Strong understanding of DWAC/DRS concepts and the practical processing requirements across transfer agents and clearing firms (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly).

Securities transfer and settlement execution (DWAC/DRS)

Stakeholder management (transfer agents, counsel, clearing firms, clients)

processing support and broker representation documentation workflows.

. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.

The current estimated base salary range for this role is $170,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus or overtime.

BTIG is seeking a Capital Markets Operations Associate / Vice President focused on securities transfers and transaction settlement in support of Capital Markets activity and trading.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of transfer workflows—primarily

DWAC and DRS transfers

—to ensure timely, accurate settlement of transactions across issuers, transfer agents, clearing firms, clients, and internal stakeholders.

The role also supports critical “flow of funds” coordination for Capital Markets transactions, wire transfer authorization workflows for Venture Capital and Private Equity trading clients, and related clearing firm journals and settlement support.
