Chief Financial Officer

12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3\u20135 years as a VP Finance or CFO

Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS company, deep understanding of subscription-based business models is required

Demonstrated success scaling ARR from $50M+ through $200M+ or equivalent growth milestones

Strong command of SaaS financial metrics and recurring revenue reporting

Experience leading or supporting fundraising rounds (Series B, C, D, or growth equity)

Exceptional executive presence with strong board and investor communication skills

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering with the CEO and Board of Directors to shape the financial strategy and operational excellence of iboss. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in high-growth SaaS businesses, a strong command of recurring revenue models, and preferably experience in the cybersecurity industry. This leader will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring capital efficiency, and positioning iboss for continued expansion, potential fundraising events, and long-term value creation.
