10+ years leading business operations, operational excellence, process transformation, PMO, shared services, or continuous improvement initiatives

Experience building operating models, governance frameworks, and standardized processes in large multi-site organizations

We are entering the next stage of growth and are looking for a transformational operations leader to help build the operating infrastructure that will scale the company for years to come.

Reporting to the COO, the VP, Business Operations will design, standardize, and implement the processes, playbooks, operating rhythms, reporting frameworks, and governance that drive consistency across a growing national organization.

This is a hands-on transformation role for a builder who enjoys turning ambiguity into scalable operating models.

Rather than inheriting mature systems, you'll help create them—partnering across Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology to build the operating discipline that enables the business to execute consistently as it grows.
