Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2-4 years of experience focusing on financial analysis, strategic finance, business operations, or related roles, ideally with 2+ years of Investment banking experience covering Software / SaaS Industry
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets & PowerPoint / Google Slides
Demonstrated ability to manipulate, analyze, and summarize large data sets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite, etc.)
Responsibilities
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
Assist in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Maintain high-fidelity Topline Financial planning models, including ARR, Revenue, Gross Margin, and Billings
Perform variance analysis on financial results vs forecasts / plans
Clearly articulate the root causes of variances and trends to Topline leaders
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Order Management, Deal Desk, Product Operations, etc.) to drive our “Land-the-Quarter” Daily Forecast analyses at quarter-end

We play a crucial role in providing valuable business insights that guide decision-making. By working cross-functionally, we help shape our financial and operational policies to enhance the efficiency and long-term financial performance.
