Requirements
8+ years in integrated planning role in media, publisher / vendor, or communications discipline (digital, content); 5+ years of management experience ideal
Strong experience with Commerce / Retail platforms.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including DCM, Sizmek, Google Analytics, IAS, etc.
Knowledge of Tableau & SharePoint or any other dashboard & data visualization tools
Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors.

Responsibilities
The Director, Growth Analytics will oversee the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of Commerce campaigns and measurement for a global CPG client. Success in this role requires a strong background in media analytics, with specific expertise in retail media, to establish standards, streamline workflows, and deliver flawless execution at scale.
The right candidate is highly proactive, detail-driven, and skilled at bringing clarity to complex initiatives, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders. They should possess a deep understanding of Commerce/Retail, ad tech, and campaign performance measurement requirements. This leader will unify internal teams, external vendors/partners, and clients within a consistent operating framework. Mastery of ad tech platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to deliver scalable, revenue-driving RMN solutions.
Lead retail measurement solution and implementation planning, working closely with internal and client teams, including engineering, product, analytics, and activation to stand up new data infrastructure, tagging frameworks, and ad tech integrations.
Translate complex measurement and data architecture concepts into clear, actionable frameworks for non-technical stakeholders.
Guide measurement and reporting strategies to maximize RMN effectiveness.
