Requirements

Responsibilities
We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Clinical Operations. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our clinical workflows, ensuring seamless care coordination, optimizing processes, and driving data-backed improvements. You’ll work closely with our Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to enhance provider support and improve patient outcomes.
Optimize clinical workflows by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and continuously improving care coordination.
Analyze performance data using SQL and other tools to track provider KPIs, surface key insights, and drive data-informed decisions. -
