The Regional Senior Human Resources Director, Americas serves as the strategic HR leader for World Courier across North and Latin America.
This role partners closely with regional and global business leaders to develop and execute talent, workforce, and organizational strategies that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
As a trusted advisor to senior partners, the Regional Senior HR Director provides leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, culture, change management, and leadership development.
The role works collaboratively with World Courier Operations leaders to deliver innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the region.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic counsel on talent, workforce, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
Lead workforce planning, succession management, leadership development, and talent strategies to build organizational capability and drive business performance.
