Requirements

Basic engineering knowledge: mechanical, electrical and software
Mechanical and electrical integration and assembly and experience performing precision work with hand tools
Prior experience in aircraft maintenance or similar technician role
Experience in the use of procedure manuals, training materials, and operational procedures for sUAS operations
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, resolving inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance programs ensuring aircraft and associated elements conform to high standards, are in a safe operating condition and that all procedures are followed and documented appropriately.
This role works closely with engineering, flight operations, and other teams to solve problems.
Perform UAS Maintenance in accordance with Zipline’s General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and Federal Aviation Administration regulations
Travel within the service area to perform in-site maintenance of Zipline aircraft systems
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts in accordance with manufacturer manuals
Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records and document work associated with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
