Lead Hand

Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction setting

Experience operating equipment and overhead crane experience preferred, skid steer/telehandler/overhead crane tickets would be an asset

FLINT is seeking a Lead Hand with light equipment operator experience for a permanent position in Clairmont, AB starting ASAP. In this position, you will enjoy a 12 days in/2 days out schedule, 10-hour workdays (8 regular, 2 OT) and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for

local candidates.
