Mechanical aptitude with experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial HVAC and chiller systems.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC / Refrigerant Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Site Utilities team responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of critical utility and HVAC systems that support manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, support continuous improvement efforts, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability and performance.

Perform preventive maintenance on process and utility chillers, HVAC systems, exhaust fans, laboratory hoods, and related equipment, including seasonal servicing.

Troubleshoot, repair, and improve chiller and HVAC equipment while supporting emergency response during on-call rotations as needed.

Support predictive maintenance initiatives by utilizing technologies such as vibration analysis and eddy current testing to improve equipment reliability.

Partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, and external contractors to coordinate equipment downtime, communicate repair activities, and implement continuous improvements.
