7-10 years of experience in global mobility, U.S. immigration support, or a related HR specialty.
Strong understanding of U.S. employment-based immigration processes; prior experience supporting casework (without attorney responsibilities).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solver with a strong quality and customer-focused mindset
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt correspondence to a variety of audiences and stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $120,000.00 - $145,000.00

Responsibilities
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Facilitate Scout Motors’ expatriate (expat) support services for assignments to the U.S.
Respond to inquiries from Scout expats, home company Global Assignment teams, hiring managers, talent acquisition, and other stakeholders
Initiate and facilitate the timely delivery of expat-related services with Scout service providers, including immigration/visa processing, home search, school search, host banking, social security application, language training, etc.
Manage the payment and tracking of vendor invoices, reimbursement of relocation expenses
Collaborate with Scout stakeholders (finance, HR business partners, hiring managers, TA, legal, etc.) and external vendors to optimize Scout’s Global Mobility program
