The Projects & Strategy Analyst will work closely with the company's leadership team, supporting the organization, monitoring, and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.

This role is essential to ensuring cross-functional alignment, performance tracking, and effective communication with key company leaders and strategic partners.

Coordinate strategic projects and priority initiatives in collaboration with Content, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Product teams;

Organize and lead follow-up meetings with leadership teams, preparing agendas, action items, and executive reports;

Monitor and manage the company’s OKRs, supporting leaders in setting, tracking, and reviewing quarterly objectives and key results;

Prepare executive presentations with performance results and key metrics for senior management and strategic partners;
