F&B Supervisor - Gaming/Superviseur(e) Restauration – Jeux

Prior experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or

lead role.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to operational detail.

Working knowledge of timekeeping and scheduling systems (POS/CSE)

Ability to support staff assignments efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Strong communication skills.

($20/hour + $5 average hourly tip share)

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented

Food and Beverage Supervisor

to oversee daily front-of-house operations and support the smooth functioning of our service team. This role is responsible for supervising staff during shifts, tracking staff time clocks, managing break schedules, overseeing bar requisitions, and ensuring that all stations are properly set and maintained.

Track and monitor staff time clocks to ensure accurate clock-ins, clock-outs, and

shift attendance. Report any lateness/absences to the MOD in real time.
