Requirements

4–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or PE-backed environments

Strong SaaS fluency — deep understanding of ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC, and related metrics

Experience supporting or executing M&A processes (diligence, integration, or both)

Exposure to PE-backed companies and familiarity with investor reporting requirements

Advanced AI and Excel modeling skills; experience with Claude, Vena, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus

Strong communicator — able to distill complex analysis into clear, concise insights for exec and Board audiences

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting

Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards for senior management and the Board

Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across the business

Maintain and evolve ARR reporting, including bookings, churn, expansion, and net revenue retention metrics

Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, long-range planning, and business performance analysis
