5+ years as a Business Analyst or Consultant specifically focused within the

Adobe Experience Cloud

Deep understanding of the Adobe "Data Lifecycle"—from ingestion via Web SDK to modeling in AEP/RTCDP and activation via AJO.

Fluency in XDM Schemas, Profile attributes vs.

Experience Events, and the logic of Identity Resolution (ECID, Email, CRM ID).

You are a solution designer who understands the "plumbing" of the Adobe Experience Cloud, taking complex goals like "real-time omnichannel personalization" and documenting exactly how the ecosystem needs to be configured to make it happen.

You will sit at the intersection of strategy and technology, ensuring that Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) are architected to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Lead workshops with stakeholders to extract and refine high-impact business use cases for RTCDP and AJO.
