Requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

HIRING HOURLY RANGE

: $22.96 - $26.44 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) Read and interpret specification sheets to identify correct parts.

Assemble panels and components according to detailed instructions.

Install windows, hardware, and purchased parts into assemblies.

Apply insulation to panels as specified.

Label panels for tracking and organize them for delivery.

Complete production logs and deviation reports.
