Safety Coordinator

In this role, you will assist the Safety team in developing and implementing health and safety initiatives across all business units to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Experience supporting organizational compliance with regulatory agency guidelines

Drive operational implementation of safety initiatives and processes to build an organization-wide safety culture

Analyze risk information to identify trends, prioritize initiatives, and evaluate performance

Evaluate and distribute dashboards and metrics that measure the effectiveness of safety and training programs

Collaborate with operating units to support compliance and monitor adherence to Metropolis safety policies

Research and draft new policies and guidelines in accordance with OSHA and DOT regulations

Utilize the Risk Management Information System to analyze statistics and facilitate timely sharing of incident information
