Responsibilities
The Senior Real Estate Development Project Manager oversees the Due Diligence, Design, and Permitting phases for new Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and Brakes Plus locations.
Manage development projects from contract execution through construction start.
Review contracts, leases, timelines, and development constraints.
Coordinate environmental, geotechnical, surveying, and due diligence activities.
Partner with architects and civil engineers on site planning.
Represent the company during rezoning and public hearings.
