Requirements
Proven experience in managing significant and complex rail systems projects.
Experience with IEEE/CENELEC/ISO standards.
Strong familiarity with key suppliers such as Hitachi, Siemens, and Alstom.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex rail systems projects, ensuring system design schedules and budgets are met.
Provide engineering support and prepare technical specifications for CBTC systems, including functional, subsystem, testing, maintenance, and training requirements.
Oversee and perform technical reviews of system designs for transit systems, including legacy and new rail fleets.
Conduct oversight and witnessing of factory testing and field implementation for train control subsystems.
Manage configuration and change management processes for large CBTC procurements.
Develop and implement system assurance and quality plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as CENELEC.
