Requirements
You have 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategies
You have experience hiring for niche Tech or Product functions like Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Platform Engineering or Product Managers and GPM’s
You worked closely with other HR teams (e.g. HR Business Partners, Rewards & HR Operations) and business leaders
You have a proven track record in building solid and long lasting relationships with stakeholders
You have a wealth of experience in collecting Recruiting data and leading data informed conversations to support and influence hiring decisions
You have experience in an international and cross-cultural environment
Responsibilities
Sourcing:
You will make an impact sourcing the best candidates on the market and working on talent acquisition strategies together with Employer Branding.
Candidate Experience:
You will be responsible for the candidates’ experience from their first contact with Adyen to the offer management.
Business Partnering:
You will work closely with the tech hiring teams to understand their needs and proactively guide them throughout the entire Recruitment process, being the Recruiting expert. Collaborate with HRBP’s to align on people strategy and coach hiring teams in decision making.
