Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a professional office setting is required.
Bilingual –Fluent in English and French is mandatory
High level of technical competency and skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Kodax Power PDF Software with aptitude to learn new software quickly
High level of detail orientation and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organization/document management skills

Responsibilities
This position supports our existing Canadian legal entities across the country, as well as supports further acquisitions and growth. Reporting directly to the Finance Director within the Canadian National Service Centre, this positon will be focused on supporting legal administrative processes for all Canadian Eurofins businesses, including Quebec-based sites.
