The Supply Customer Engineer works on the Supply team helping to onboard new SDK partners. The CE will work with the SDK sales lead and be the point of contact for all technical matters with the partner’s technical and monetization team.

General responsibilities include:

Work closely with client lead to ensure the SDK integration goes smoothly.

Based on your technical knowledge, provide guidance on any technical risks that arise during SDK testing and integration.

Manage a diverse and sometimes complex scope of potential technical issues across multiple client engagements.

Work directly with the SDK development team to resolve issues and escalate as necessary for confirmation of solutions or other options.
