Requirements
Completion of High School education required
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Experience in working with Electronic Medical Records required (Telus Practice Solutions Suite preferred)

Manager, Central Administration
The Records Management Representative performs data entry responsibilities, report uploading, billing activities, inbox management, inputting and maintenance of electronic medical records, and performs cross-functional and other duties consistent with the job classification as required.
The Records Management Representative also responds to requests to release patient information coming in from various sources including patients, law firms, insurance companies and other health care providers, ensuring that all requests to release patient information are completed in accordance with the Hospital’s guidelines and as required by law.
